Once you receive application it must be printed as it must be signed by hand. Digital will not be accepted. You can either scan and email it back, or fax it to the number at the top of the application. Application requirements include:
1) The entire application page completed in full
2) The 1st page of the contract must have your full name printed at the top. Please make sure you initial each section on all pages of the contract where indicated, and the bottom of page 4 has your name printed, and signed, and dated.
3) Make sure you have read and initialed our Do's and Dont's page, and return this as well, to indicated you have read and understood them, and agree to follow them if hired as a Self Employed Independent Text Operator with us.
4) Please download the correct tax form - as indicated on the application page. The website where it can be downloaded is there for you. W9 is required if you reside in the USA. If you reside in any other country you MUST complete the w8ben form. (make sure you also sign and date the tax form as well).
5) Please include photo ID, that lists your date of birth.
6) Proof of address is also required. If your ID has your current address on it, it is only acceptable if the issue date is with in the past 6 months. If not, we need a separate proof of address that is more current. It must show your name, address, and have a date on it, that is with in the past 6 months.
If you reside in the UK or USA you must have a bank account that has your name on it. If you reside in any other country, please let us know.
